President and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of a large University’s Investment Management Company was not receiving the support she needed to implement and execute investment strategy. She surmised that the reason was a disconnect between the investment and operations staff. In order to enhance the understanding, collaboration and effectiveness across her team, she hired StarPoint to work with her COO to design and lead a 2-day interactive workshop including a customized and highly interactive case study for her ~30 person staff on portfolio management, asset allocation, and the role of key asset classes.
